Lea Michele (who seems to be enjoying a lovely vacation in Hawaii) has a new boyfriend who may or may not have a gigolo past. Hey, nobody’s perfect.

-E! News really wants you to look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s package. DOOOOO IT!!!!!

-What is with all the book shaming lately? First it was Slate telling us that we should be embarrassed to read YA, and now a bunch of critics are railing against The Goldfinch. True, I didn’t love it as much as everyone else seems to, but we shouldn’t have to justify reading Pulitzer-winning fiction.

-Orange Is The New Black’s Matt McGorry fake-auditioned for Magic Mike 2, and it was great. I keep forgetting that all that is hiding under his guard uniform.

-SNL’s Vanessa Bayer gives Drake some very terrible career and dating advice in this new video.

-Here’s a very long but very fascinating read on the history of Entertainment Weekly and how it informs its current identity crisis. I love that mag, but seeing this cover arrive in my mailbox almost made me rethink my sub.

Channing Tatum continues to be awesome.

-Breaking Bad’s’ R.J. Mitte made a funny Father’s Day video for Bryan Cranston.

-Vegas Britney Spears might be the healthiest Britney Spears. It made me really sad when I saw her there, but my judgement may have been slightly impaired at the time…

-Is Kanye West still smarting over no-shows at his wedding? He dropped Jay Z’s name from his lyrics during a live show.

Dave Chappelle went on “Letterman” last night and talked about why Jay Z almost makes him regret leaving television.

Donald Glover and Danny Pudi have lots of thoughts about the perfect “Community” videogame

Ansel Elgort is pretty swoon-worthy in this Interview piece.

Mila Kunis is sick of men saying “we’re pregnant.”

-An extended look at Brad Pitt’s World War II drama ‘Fury’ debuted at the E3 Expo.

Shailene Woodley Wants to Be the Julia Roberts to Miles Teller’s George Clooney

Shailene Woodley Vanity Fair
In the new issue of Vanity Fair, Shailene Woodley says, “I look at Miles [Teller] and, like, I’m sort of Julia Roberts in the same way she is to [George Clooney]. Their relationship I could see being our relationship in 20 years, and that really is special.”
Shailene Woodley looks amazing (though very un-Shailene Woodley-y) on the cover of Vanity Fair, where she talks about her dream of continuing a platonic working relationship with Miles Teller, calls George Clooney “an angel in my life,” and says she’s hesitant to date another actor because most “don’t want to get dirty.”

-Speaking of cover girls, Keira Knightley tells Glamour that she gives herself a $50k salary and says of costar Adam Levine: “He did play a d-ckhead very well.”

Taylor Swift made a Drake-themed craft project for Ed Sheeran and it’s awesome. It shows a cross-stitched Sheeran and Swift climbing a staircase and reads, “STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM, NOW WE HERE.”

-Today, Angelina Jolie kicked off a 4-day summit that will involve more than 100 countries and discuss ending sexual violence during conflict. Watch video of her powerful speech here.

Hugh Jackman just shaved his head for his role in the upcoming Pan. Still hot.

George Clooney is going back to TV…kind of.

-There was a Roswell reunion (yay!) and everyone showed up except Katherine Heigl (yay squared!).

-Everyone who complained about how white The Hollywood Reporter’s drama actress roundtable was is really going to be unimpressed by the drama actor one.

Halle Berry has been ordered to pay her ex Gabriel Aubry $16k per month in child support.

-In case you’ve heard that Tracy Morgan‘s leg was amputated, it’s not true.

-Meanwhile, FX has issued a lovely statement on the future of Tracy‘s new series, saying “his show will be waiting for him.”

Jennifer Lopez rocked some tight pants with Jimmy Fallon last night.

-In other late night news, Lena Dunham did an interpretive dance to Sia’s “Chandelier” on Late Night with Seth Meyers. I don’t entirely get it, but it was entertaining.

-Also on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Steve Buscemi confronted the Buscemi-Eyes meme.

-Fox won’t even burn off episodes of Us & Them, starring Alexis Bledel and Jason Ritter. The network simply won’t be airing the show at all.

Sandra Bullock laughed off questions about her relationship with Chris Evans — without confirming or denying anything.

-Today in real estate porn, this is where Rihanna is renting for $60k/month.

James Franco wrote a really terrible short story about his much-discussed encounter with Lindsay Lohan — and he calls her “damaged.”

-Baby bump watchers got an eyeful this week from Rachel Bilson and Mila Kunis.

-God bless BuzzSugar for capturing my entire experience of watching The Fault in Our Stars in GIFs.

-Speaking of TFIOS, this is the perfect response to that stupid anti-YA article in Slate.

-I haven’t watched this week’s Louie because I’m still trying to process the last episode (more on that here), but by all accounts, Jeremy Renner acted the shit out of it.

-EW has a great lookback on the 20th anniversary of Speed, which makes me want to rewatch it immediately.

-This promo for the ATX festival is awesome, mostly because of the FNL alums.

Kate Hudson has no sympathy for exes Lance Armstrong and Alex Rodriguez, saying they “should reap the consequences” of their doping scandals.

-I love and adore Sutton Foster (Bunheads!). She deserves better than starring in a show with Hilary Duff — though it does look sort of cute.

Kate Hudson Talks Plastic Surgery and the Paparazzi

Kate Hudson plastic surgery

Kate Hudson poses in a bikini on the new cover of InStyle, but though she wants you to look at her body, she doesn’t want you to question it. In the interview, she says her biggest pet peeve is  rampant plastic surgery speculation. “That’s like asking someone if they see a therapist.”  No, it’s really not.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin continue to prove that not all Hollywood splits have to be brutal. They were photographed having a cosy dinner together again this weekend.

Taye Diggs opens up on his split from Idina Menzel in the new issue of Redbook, saying: “I’d be lying if I said there weren’t times when I thought, ‘Oh, man, people are going to trip out…It was easy for people to root for us.”

Sandra Bullock’s three favourite leading men showed up to help her accept a Guys Choice Award.

-It wasn’t all good news for Sandra this weekend. A man obsessed with her broke into her house while she was asleep.

Rachel McAdams and Jake Gyllenhaal were spotted at the same place again. It’s probably because they’re both researching a movie, but everyone is still hoping it turns into more.

Lil Kim had her first child, and the name she’s saddled the kid with is a doozy: Royal Reign.

-It’s only Monday, and already Rosario Dawson has won the title of Worst Outfit of the Week.

This Slate article about how adults should be embarrassed to read YA is total bullshit.

-Speaking of YA, The Fault In Our Stars killed at the box office this weekend. It’s No 1 and Maleficent is No 2, which means that girls are running the world right now.

Shailene Woodley adopted a really terrible disguise to sneak into a theatre with her costar undetected.

-Like everyone else in the world, Shailene cried at a premiere of TFIOS.  Thank gawd I ended up at one of the few theatres in Toronto that’s licensed. I had two rye & gingers and still barely got through the last 1/2 hour.

-Also, this interview with the parents of the girl the book/movie is based on killed me. KILLED.

-Speaking of TFIOS, is the character of Augustus Waters just a boy version of the Manic Pixie Dream Girl? Maybe, but this video of the actor breakdancing will make me forgive him for anything.

-Everyone is assuming that this shirt Brad Pitt wore features a picture of him and Angelina Jolie holding hands. Um, if you say so.

-Last night at the Tonys, Neil Patrick Harris went in drag as his Hedwig character and got all up on Orlando Bloom and Sting, while host Hugh Jackman got all bouncy in an incredibly athletic intro before joining TI and LL Cool J for a rap version of The Music Man.

Chris O’Dowd had the best reaction to not winning his Tony category.

Adam Brody and Leighton Meester posed together on a red carpet for the first time since getting married.

Leighton‘s former costar Penn Badgley performed with his band Mother recently, and he introduced himself by saying “I am Gossip Girl.” Love it!

-Next time you get the urge to chop off all your hair, just look at this photo of Penelope Cruz with a pixie cut.

This photo of Jessica Chastain, however, is totally going to make you want bangs.

-According to her sister, Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are back on solid ground.

-Will being baptized in a bathtub wash away a major PR crisis? Justin Bieber sure hopes so.

-There’s a great oral history of The Mighty Ducks in Time magazine, and Joshua Jackson mentioned he’d be open to doing a fourth. Don’t tease me!

-Speaking of oral histories, here’s one about the comedy group The Groundlings, in which Kathy Griffin talks about prank calling J.J. Abrams when he was a receptionist.

Mark Ruffalo showed off his mad unicycling skills on The Graham Norton Show.

-In other adorable talk show appearance news, Channing Tatum and Jimmy Fallon arm-wrestled on The Tonight Show.

-A new trailer for The Leftovers deals with the chaos left by unanswered questions.

-Here’s the new teaser trailer for Love, Rosie, which is based on I book I really liked called Rosie Dunne by Cecilia Ahern.
