-Welp. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reached a temporary summer custody agreement after a judge said she was in danger of losing primary custody of the kids unless she improved their relationship with their dad.

-Ariana Grande wore a huge diamond ring to Wango Tango on June 2, suggesting her engagement to Pete Davidson happened even earlier than everyone thought.

-Gwyneth Paltrow just gave the most GOOPy response when asked about planning her wedding: “I’m very busy so I’m actually not that involved in it. I have so much going on and I’m sort of outsourcing that.”

-John Boyega has had enough of bad fans creating crazy conspiracy theories about why Kelly Marie Tran deleted her social media. First he replied to people, then he tweeted “You’re not entitled to politeness when your approach is rude. Even if you paid for a ticket!” Marry me.

-Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Facebook’s talkshow Red Table Talk continues to be an exercise in oversharing. Willow revealed her introduction to sex was when she accidentally walked in on Will and Jada.

-According to Deadline, Matt Reeves wants to reboot Batman as a standalone franchise and replace Ben Affleck.

-When we left the theatre on Friday after seeing Ocean’s 8 I turned to my friends and said “so Cate Blanchett and Sandra Bullock‘s characters were totally gay for each other, right?” and everyone agreed. And it’s not just us who thought so! Even though I wish the subtext was more actual text, I love that everyone’s writing about their chemistry, like here, here and here.

-Anthony Bourdain‘s Parts Unknown was scheduled to come off Netflix US on June 16, but they just announced it will remain.

-I tweeted a link to her twitter thread about it yesterday, but Mo Ryan compiled her thoughts on how TV has treated actresses over 40 this year into an excellent, stats-filled article for THR. I still can’t believe Mary McDonnell’s lead character was killed off Major Crimes just before the series finale and they took her name off the show’s credits in the final episodes — and she wasn’t warned that would happen ahead of time.

-The cast and creators of American Vandal talking about how they filmed nana’s party is pretty great.

-Speaking of TV look backs, Jesse Plemons and Cristin Milioti talk about their Black Mirror episode “USS Callister,” in which he plays an incel and she’s the feminist who takes him down.

-This recreation of The Office opening with a fluffy dog playing all the human parts really saved my entire day.

-Are you guys watching Dietland? I’m really, really digging what Julianna Margulies is doing.

-I don’t watch Suits so I don’t get it, but everyone one my Twitter TL was loving how shady this post apparently is.

-Many people have noticed that the Diplo-produced lead single from the Deadpool 2 soundtrack, “Welcome to the Party,” sounds a lot like a Kanye West song. Turns out, West thinks so too, tweeting “bro, I would have cleared my music.”

-Mike Schur settled some debate about what really happened in The Good Place’s season two finale. I was so wrong.

-Also, my friend pointed out that The Good Place’s official Twitter account is only following 8 people – and that includes Rihanna and Anna Kendrick. What could that mean!??

-CBS is still going all in with their All Access subscription service. Kevin Williamson is re-teaming with The Vampire Diaries’ Paul Wesley for a new series.

-This is so inside baseball, but today’s AT&T-Time Warner mega-merger approval clears the way for Comcast to unveil a rival bid for Fox assets, which means the Fox/Disney merger may not be a sure thing after all.

-Stan Lee‘s business manager was arrested on suspicion of filing a false police report.

-Domhnall Gleeson and Ruth Wilson get moody in The Little Stranger trailer.

-Keanu Reeves plays an American diamond trader in the Siberia trailer. Unfortunately this does not appear to be a rom-com in which he drinks his way through a wedding weekend with Winona Ryder, so I have very little interest…
