Bill Cosby Is a Free Man

-Oof, what a rough day. Despite 60 women accusing him of assault, Bill Cosby was released from prison today because the courts overturned his conviction based on a technicality.

-Smallville’s Allison Mack was sentenced to 3 years in prison for her involvement with the NXIVM sex-cult. Prosecutors had asked the judge for leniency because she helped them seal their case against Keith Raniere on multiple sex trafficking, racketeering, fraud and conspiracy charges. He was sentenced to 120 years in prison last October.

James Franco has agreed to pay $2.2 million to resolve the sexual misconduct lawsuit that alleges he pushed his acting students into performing explicit sex scenes on camera.

-In Variety’s Power of Women in comedy issue, Mindy Kaling says she’s been busier than ever during quarantine, executive producing “The Sex Lives of College Girls” and Never Have I Ever, as well as co-writing scripts for the third Legally Blonde movie and a Priyanka Chopra wedding comedy. Meanwhile, Maya Rudolph talks about burnout, Beyoncé, Bridesmaids, and becoming a bonafide Disney villain for Disenchanted.

-The royal rebranding continues: Prince William and Kate Middleton are launching a YouTube channel.
