Hugh Jackman Will Join Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool 3

Ryan Reynolds announced (with Hugh Jackman‘s help) that Deadpool 3 will come out September 2024. This is a really great reveal, and we’re going to spend the next two years anticipating this movie.

Elizabeth Olsen covers Variety and recalls going on cruises on which hanging out with the Olsen twins was the main draw for fans. “I enjoyed it, because I wasn’t working.”

Rachel Brosnahan covers Town & Country and talks about wrapping up Maisel: “I want to be curious again and absorb other artists’ work and go to the museum and travel and become a richer person again.”

Gwyneth Paltrow posed nude in gold body paint to celebrate her 50th.

-If you don’t know who the Youtubers Try Guys are, you’re about to. One of the four stars, Ned Fulmer, is known as a “wife guy” — so the internet was NOT happy when blurry video surfaced that looked like he was making out with Try Guys producer and Food Babies star Alex Herring. The Try Guys released a statement this afternoon saying Fulmer is no longer in the group, while Fulmer said on Twitter, “Family should have always been my priority, but I lost my focus and had a consensual workplace relationship.”

-Wow. CNN is reporting that Armie Hammer’s then-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, allegedly leaked several major stories about the actor that broke in the fall of 2020 by using a now ex-friend’s email and other accounts, including that he abandoned his kids to hang out with Lily James.

Hayden Panettiere said on Red Table Talk that relinquishing custody of her daughter was “most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever had to do in my life.”

-A new book claims Scientologists tapped Nicole Kidman’s phone.  Wait, she was tapped by multiple people?  ‘Cause I’ll never forget the transcript of the fight they had on Practical Magic set, when she got mad at him for not bringing her a gift on the first day of the shoot. (This transcript is why I never believed their marriage was fake, tbh.)

-It’s so weird that George Clooney and Julia Roberts‘ new romcom is already out in the UK. It’s doing well!

-I’m very much looking forward to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, but it’s going to clock in at almost 3 hours.

Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher reunited for a Peleton workout.

-This is a really interesting article on how every magazine will run stories on the Marvel movies because it means instant pageviews — even if your outlet has nothing to do with movie coverage.

-God, these Anthony Bourdain texts from his final days gutted me.

Santigold canceled her tour: “I don’t think anyone anticipated the new reality that awaited us.” She won’t be the last; post-pandemic touring is getting impossible.
