The Cast of Friends Reunites

-It was a big week for Friends reunions: Courteney Cox had a lunch with Matthew Perry, while Cox, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow hit up a red carpet. (Perry is getting flak for this pic, but he looks way better than he did in pics that surfaced last week.)

–Gwyneth Paltrow says she she’s “not sure how she feels” about Harvey Weinstein. “He was a very, very important figure in my life. He was my main boss. He gave me incredible opportunity and yet during that time we had a very, very fraught complicated relationship. Highs and lows. And the postscript to that chapter of my life is where it gets extremely complicated for me, because the information came to light about who he was and how he was behaving that I didn’t know during my already very difficult time with him.” You know what? Fair enough.

–Prince William doesn’t seem to be a fan of Olivia Colman. How is that even possible?!?

-Meanwhile, Prince Harry made polite conversation with a person who has two kids and now everyone’s convinced that means he’s gunning for a second baby.

–Early reaction to Greta Gerwig‘s Little Women has me very, very excited.

-Fresh Off the Boat has been cancelled. Do you think Constance Wu is somewhere throwing a party right now?

–Kanye West claims he’s considering changing his name to Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West. I hope he’s joking, but who can even tell at this point.

-Aw poop. The Beverly Hills reboot will not return for a second season on Fox. It was way more meta and clever than it had to be.

-If you’re in Toronto, you can buy a whole bunch of furniture and wardrobe from the Suits set. (Nothing Meghan Markle wore, though.)

-I’m going to see Last Christmas this weekend. Is it going to be terrible? Probably. Is Henry Golding going to end up being an angel? Almost certainly. Am I going to love it? Vulture calls it a “loveable mess” so 100% yes.

-This is a really clever cross-promotion in advance of Charlie’s Angels: in a new short film, Kristen Stewart and the rest of the cast fight evil with RuPaul‘s Drag Race queens.

Mariah Carey Is Ready for the Holidays

–Mariah Carey kicked off xmas music season with a very cute video.

-Is Pink wearing a giant slinky earring in her Billboard photo shoot, and if so where can I get one?

–Jane Fonda‘s mission to get arrested every Friday during climate protests continues — and this time she brought Rosanna Arquette and Catherine Keener along.

–Olivia Colman and Phoebe Waller-Bridge covered Portishead’s “Glory Box” on a ukulele for charity and the video will make you wanna fist pump through the ceiling.

-Suits spinoff Pearson has been cancelled after a single season. I didn’t watch it but Gina Torres deserves to be a bigger star than she is.

–Stephen Amell just announced that Emily Bett Rickards will be returning for Arrow’s series finale and this makes me happier than I should probably publicly admit.

-I love that Reese Witherspoon had it written into her Legally Blonde contract that she got to keep the 77 pairs of Jimmy Choos she wore. Genius.

-Between being on Fallon last night (where she dressed up like a bloody baseball player/dead socially irrelevant heteronormative gender roles) to hosting SNL this weekend, we’re getting a lot of Kristen Stewart content. I’m not mad about it.

–Leonardo DiCaprio posted photos of him with Greta Thunberg, and Twitter did its thing.

–Rosie O’Donnell and fiancee Elizabeth Rooney have reportedly split.

–Joey King says working with her ex-boyfriend Jacob Elord on The Kissing Booth 2 was “fine.” Somebody give that girl a (completely consensual) hug.

-Was not expecting a Jennifer Garner duet with opera singer Andrea Bocelli but this week is weird so sure.

-There’s a new Into the Spiderverse movie coming our way!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Open Up in New Documentary

-The documentary on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry aired in the UK last night, in which Prince Harry was asked about the rift with his brother (“Inevitably stuff happens. But we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We are certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him and, as I know, he will always be there for me”) and Meghan admits that a British friend predicted the tabloids would tear her apart (“I really tried to adopt this British sensibility of a stiff upper lip”).

–Jennifer Lawrence tied the knot with Cooke Maroney this weekend in Rhode Island in front of 150 guests, including Adele, Sienna Miller, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie, Amy Schumer, Kris Jenner, Emma Stone and Ashley Olsen.

-Do you think this pic of Felicity Huffman in her prison uniform was staged? It had to be, right?

–Miley Cyrus went live on Instagram this weekend with Cody Simpson — and she really shouldn’t have. She told women you don’t have to be gay if you find the right man (“Guys, I was being a little too, like…hard-core feminist vibes and, just like, I don’t know, not allowing anyone in, but now I am. There are good men out there, guys. Don’t give up. You don’t have to be gay. There are good people with dicks out there. You just gotta find them”) and seemed to shade Liam Hemsworth.

–Liam, meanwhile, is making everyone in my city love him.

–Camila Cabello is shutting down rumours that she and Shawn Mendes split. So there!

-Catastrophe’s Rob Delaney talking about how lucky he was to have UK healthcare when his son was dying is heartbreaking and powerful.

-The kid from Shameless that I always thought should be a bigger star than he is (though not big enough that I’m going to look up his real name) just got married. Congrats, kid!

–Dennis Quaid, 65, is engaged to his 26-year-old girlfriend. Swell.

-This video of Jerry O’Connell torturing his kids with mandatory Prince singalongs is the most I’ve liked him since Sliders.

-Production on John Cho‘s new movie has been paused for 7-9 months after the actor injured his knee on set in New Zealand. Protect my precious at all costs!

–Michelle Pfeiffer says she has a #MeToo moment when she was 20 with a “high-powered person.”

-I actually have very little quibbles about TV Guide’s list for the best shows of the 2010s. (And I’m a quibbler!)

-New Girl star Lamorne Morris filmed police handcuffing his friend outside an L.A. nightclub when he then found himself handcuffed — for filming the incident.

-I loved last night’s premiere of The Watchmen. I’m not sure I totally got it, but that was some powerful, challenging stuff.

-The trailer for the final season of Bojack Horseman messed me up, man.
