-In her Glamour UK cover story, Victoria Beckham recalls being “mentally and physically” bullied as a child. “I was never the popular girl at school and I never found anything easy and I was told ‘No’ constantly…I was bullied a lot at school, mentally and physically, and the fact that I can talk to Harper about that and how girls should be kind to girls – really I use my own experiences and share that.”

-Out magazine put Dan Levy on the cover of their fashion issue and this is a v. good choice.

Lady Gaga just dropped a new makeup line on Amazon, and her eyeliner is already a number one best-seller.

Kanye West confirmed that his new album, Jesus Is King, will drop next week.

-Meanwhile, Brad Pitt praised Kanye’s Sunday Service: “I think he was doing something really special there. It’s a pure celebration of life and people. It’s really delightful. It really is.”

-Huh. One of the biggest TIFF deals was for Hugh Jackman’s Bad Education, which HBO bought. I thought it was just ok (though Allison Janney was predictably fabulous).

-Canadian Lilly Singh debuted her late night talk show last night — and she did great! Watch clips here.

-That fired SNL comedian might have just offered the worst non-apology in the history of Hollywood, which is really saying something.

-Much like his ex Jennifer AnistonJustin Theroux has gotten himself a new Apple+ show.

-NBC’s upcoming streaming service is called Peacock and it will include a Saved By The Bell reboot with original stars Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez reprising their roles, and a Battlestar Galactica revival, with a new take from Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail. Jake Gyllenhaal shared some delightful Spider-Man bloopers on his IG.

Scaachi‘s excellent Buzzfeed profile of Teen Vogue writer Lauren Duca is what everyone is talking about today. It’s a roller coaster ride of an article that started being about Duca’s new book and her Twitter fame, and ended up being about how her entire NYU summer class filing a formal complaint against her. This line took my breath away: “Congratulations, you thrillingly, thrillingly adept journalist, you have discovered that Lauren Duca is not perfect. Put it in the headline, baby.”

-The new Last Christmas trailer does nothing to allay fears that Henry Golding is playing a ghost or angel.

Felicity Huffman Is Going To Jail

Felicity Huffman just got sentenced to 14 days in jail for her part in the college admissions scandal.

Adele filed for divorce yesterday, ending her 7-year relationship with Simon Konecki.

-The print edition of Marie Claire is going away, which is incredibly sad. But they’re going out with a cover that features Kacey Musgraves, Awkwafina, Lilly Singh and Megan Rapinoe.

-Once again, SNL has hired a new castmember seemingly without doing a basic Google search. New player Shane Gillis has been forced to apologize after racist and homophobic audio and tweets surfaced. And these weren’t from decades ago — they were from last year. (This audio clip in which he makes fun of Asian people is from TWO WEEKS ago!) He also called Judd Apatow and Chris Gethard the f-word. Oh, and he didn’t *actually* apologize; he just said “I’m happy to apologize to anyone who’s actually offended by anything I’ve said. My intention is never to hurt anyone but I am trying to be the best comedian I can be and sometimes that requires risks.” Ugh. Being a bigot isn’t risky; it’s the laziest thing ever.

-Speaking of Chris Gethard, he once did this very good interview about comedians being intentionally offensive.

-The internet is convinced Rihanna is pregnant.

Brad Pitt told Ellen DeGeneres that she once hit on his then-girlfriend at a party: “I was flattered.”

Taffy Brodesser-Akner’s book Fleishman Is in Trouble — which might actually be my fave novel this year — is getting the TV treatment.

-On the 25th anniversary of Party of Five’s premiere, the reboot has announced its premiere date. To celebrate its anniversary, let’s look back on this look back at its best episode. I remember my mother and I watching this together and totally falling apart when Claudia makes her ultimatum.

-This is a pretty shocking Photoshop fail of a Margot Robbie photo.

-Bones actors David Boreanaz, Emily Deschanel and producers Kathy Reichs and Barry Josephson alleged that Fox had cheated them out of tens of millions of dollars. How the case was settled.

Rosamund Pike plays two-time Nobel Prize-winning scientist Marie Curie in the trailer for Radioactive.

James Van Der Beek is going to be on Dancing with the Stars??! Oh Dawson, no.

-Also, host Tom Bergeron called out ABC for casting Sean Spicer, which is all well and good but should he have done more than just distance himself from the decision?

-A bunch of celebs fell for an Instagram hoax yesterday.

– I really like Italia Ricci.

-There’s a lot of he said/she said coming out of the Jamie Foxx/Katie Holmes split.

Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson has been named the highest earning actor for the second year in a row which isn’t surprising. I am a little surprised that Paul Rudd cracked the top 10.

-This trailer for Bombshell, which recounts the Fox News scandal in which numerous female staffers accused Roger Ailes of sexual harassment and misconduct, is phenomenal. Megyn Kelly (a nearly unrecognizable Charlize Theron), Gretchen Carlson (Nicole Kidman), and a fictional staffer named Kayla Pospisil (Margot Robbie) tensely ride an elevator, knowing that Kayla is on her way to blow the whistle.
