Julia Fox Chronicles Date with Kanye West

-The Julia Fox/Kanye West thing go so weird so fast. She gave Interview magazine basically a “date diary” (with photos!) about her second date with him, in which he surprised her with a new wardrobe. (The article seems to have been pulled but you can still view the cached version.) They’ve only known each since New Year’s Eve and many others have pointed out that he reportedly tried to control Kim Kardashian‘s wardrobe, but a new interview with her seems to indicate that she’s aware people are worried she’s being love bombed.

-Also, it wasn’t until that interview that I saw she once accused her ex-husband and the father of her baby of “f*cking his aunt.” What is happening?!?

Kate Bosworth is dating Justin Long after announcing her split from her husband in August. When I first read that I thought, “Oh cute, they’ve reunited.” But apparently, they didn’t date in the 90s and I just imagined that?!

The Weeknd‘s new album dropped and everyone is wondering if the song “Here We Go…Again”, (which includes the line “My new girl, she a movie star”) is about Angelina Jolie.

-This is an excellent interview with Andrew Garfield (who, in this moment, seems to be more beloved than he’s ever been). He talks about his willingness to play Spider-Man again (there’s lots of spoilers about how what happens in the latest movie could pave the way, so click only if you’ve seen No Way Home).

-In another interview, he says he and fellow Spider Man alum Tobey Maguire snuck into a movie theatre together to watch No Way Home. I love that they have a little Spidey-based bromance!

Adam Scott posted a pic in his Party Down costume for the revival and it makes me so happy (and yet also sad that his character still appears to be a cater waiter).

Whoopi Goldberg, Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and more are paying tribute to Sidney Poitier, who died at 94.

-It looks like Mary Cosby has quit the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion.

-Amazon’s The Boys will return June, and celebrated with a funny fake ad.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted together in Miami, but maybe they were just coparenting their dog?

Rooney Mara will play Audrey Hepburn in a new biopic.

-I’m always hesitant to put too much stock in early reactions to new films while the reviews are still embargoed, but man, everyone is losing their minds over the new Scream.

-Insecure’s Yvonne Orji plays a matchmaker for single parents in the trailer for My Mom, Your Dad.

Miley Cyrus Has a New (C)attitude

-Um, is this new Miley Cyrus single a joke? Please say yes!!

-During their Late Night promo tour, Emma Thompson and Mindy Kaling sounded off on Alabama’s new abortion legislation, commenting that the U.S. is “going back to a very dark age indeed.”

Adam Scott says he was incredibly nervous when he introduced himself to Meryl Streep on the Big Little Lies set — but got some support from a costar. “She moved on, and Laura Dern came up to me immediately right after and was like ‘I was watching the whole thing, you did fine. Let me give you some notes.'”

-Congrats to Kate Mara and Jamie Bell, who just welcomed a daughter.

-HBO aired a Game of Thrones documentary last night, which heavily focused on the crew and production. Though the cast scenes were few and far between, there were some really touching bits from the table reads, including the moment Varys dies, and the teary one when Kit Harrington (who doesn’t read the scripts before the first readthrough) found out about Dany’s fate. Emila Clarke looks crushed in both clips.

-Meanwhile, Charles Dance, who played Tywin Lannister, says he was “confused” by the last season of Game of Thrones.

-The Spice Girls have kicked off their reunion tour and all the social media clips are amazing.

-Meanwhile, Mel B played coy when asked about past romance rumours surrounding her and Zac Efron.

Justin Long once pranked Bruce Willis, because clearly he doesn’t value his own life.

-I didn’t watch the full 52-minute video, but seeing Stephen Colbert totally blissed out by playing Dungeons & Dragons for Red Nose Day is a delight.

-I enjoyed this season of Killing Eve but last night’s season finale made me even more convinced that this show doesn’t really seem to know where it’s going and probably should have been a one-and-done.

-Oof, this part of Chris Kattan’s memoir where he says Lorne Michaels pressured him to sleep with director Amy Heckerling so she wouldn’t tank Night at the Roxbury is a rough read.

-I gave up on Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone, but I might tune into the season finale because it stars Seth Rogen and Zazie Beetz.

Kumail Nanjiani is an uber driver who gets in over his head in the Stuber trailer, costaring Karen Gillan, Natalie Morales and Dave Bautista.

Matthew McConaughey Wedding News

Matthew McConaughey and longtime love Camila Alves are reportedly getting hitched this weekend.

-Speaking of weddings, it doesn’t sound like Justin Long was too bummed about Drew Barrymore‘s nuptials last weekend.

-Rumours are flying that Angelina Jolie will be approached to direct Fifty Shades of Grey. The chances of her actually doing it? 0.0813%.

-Meanwhile, I love that Jennifer Aniston can no longer show even a hint of leg without being accused of “pulling an Angelina.”

-You know how when you watched Snow White and the Huntsman, you thought “man, what a weirdly unsatisfying ending!” There may be a method to the madness: they’re planning a sequel.

-Speaking of sequels we don’t want, there’s a Hangover III in the works.

-Did Leonardo DiCaprio lock himself in his trailer and refuse to come out on the set of The Great Gatsby after Blake Lively broke up with him?

Chris Brown (who is back to freezing Rihanna out) is blaming that Twitter feud with Cher on a hacker.

-Speaking of Twitter leading us astray, Adam Sandler is the victim of a death hoax.

-I love that Strombo‘s interview with RPattz is everywhere today!

Obama is recruiting Young Hollywood to reach out to voters.

-Want a perfect way to end your week? How ’bout by watching Jimmy Fallon, Carly Rae Jepsen and The Roots sing “Call Me Maybe“?
