Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s Festival Fling

-What happens at Coachella, stays at Coachella? Despite PDAing all over the festival this weekend, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are not officially back together, according to insiders.

-Speaking of Coachella kerfuffles, Frank Ocean returned to live music for the first time in six years, but his set started an hour late, was aimless and messy, and was cut short. The set was also supposed to be streamed on the festival’s YouTube channel but it was pulled from the schedule.

Leonardo DiCaprio hung out with Irina Shayk at the festival, but she’s 37 so I’m not anticipating it will turn into anything more.

-You just know someone at Netflix got fired today. The live reunion for the mega-hit dating show Love Is Blind experienced major delays on Netflix last night, displaying an error message for an hour and a half while users attempted to tune in. The recording finally went up this afternoon for anyone who didn’t stick around last night.

Minka Kelly talked about her “toxic” relationship with FNL costar Taylor Kitsch and how it alienated her from others on set.

Elle Fanning confirmed that she and Max Minghella are no longer together in her Harper’s cover story, in which she talked about being single. “I’m a hopeless romantic. I believe in love at first sight. Call me crazy, but I believe in those things. I feel that it’s my destiny.”

-The LA District Attorney’s Office is reviewing claims of sexual assault made against actor Armie Hammer, CNN has learned.

-This sucks: 83-year-old actor F. Murray Abraham was fired from Mythic Quest for sexual misconducts after two complaints were raised about him, reports Rolling Stone. According to the report: “The first incident resulted in Abraham being given a warning and told to keep away from some of the show’s actresses, according to a production source. After a second incident was brought to creator and star Rob McElhenney’s attention, Rolling Stone understands that Abraham was let go from the show.”

-I’m hearing great things about Kathryn Hahn‘s new show Tiny Beautiful Things.

-This is such a good piece on how Ted Lasso’s latest season is missing storylines that connect the characters together. It feels like Keeley and Rebecca are off on their own separate shows now…

-I had no idea that Dermot Mulroney plays the cello and has been featured on several movie soundtracks, but I love it.

-The Judy Blume stuff over the weekend was messy. The headline made it seem like she is a defender of JK Rowling but when you read the article, it sounds like she was backed into agreeing (though the idea that JKR is the one being harassed online instead of the harasser is odd). In any case, Blume put out a blunt statement re-affirming her belief in trans rights.

Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams gave AD a tour of their historic house.

-Wow, at early screenings of Beau is Afraid, people either love the movie or really, really hate it.

-This is an interesting interview with Dagmara Dominczyk, who plays Karolina on Succession, on how her dad died suddenly as she was filming the Logan Roy stuff.

-The upcoming Shondaland murder-mystery on Netflix called The Residence just added Kylie Minogue—who will play herself—Jane Curtin and Eliza Coupe to the cast.

-I love that there’s a growing conspiracy theory that Chris Evans and Ana de Armas didn’t shoot any of their scenes together in the upcoming Apple movie Ghosted. They’re being cute together while doing press, at least.

-The Wicked movie released the first photos of Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo— except they’re too dark too see.

-A fake, AI-created collaboration between Drake and The Weeknd began to chart on streaming services before it was taken down.

-Speaking of The Weeknd, his controversial new HBO series The Idol finally has a premiere date of June, as announced in its new trailer.
