Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed got married this weekend. (I don’t understand the scale of this photo! They look so tiny compared to the guests in the background. Is there some vampire reflection juju at play here?!)

-I never thought I’d say it, but I’m kind of proud of Kanye West right now…

-Sesame Street proves The Avengers are all basically useless in this new parody.

-Ha. I love that Joss Whedon is now out of the Marvel machine and just blowing it all up. He says Marvel was pissed when Agents of SHIELD was announced, and that the TV show isn’t connected to the movie universe. Well, I guess it’s easier for me to ignore that show if it’s not even canon.

-Meanwhile, Marvel’s publicity team was quick to be all “slow your roll, son.”

Chris Evans shaved off his sexy beard and the Internet has no chill.

-Between what happened on the latest episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and The Good Wife, this article wondering whether TV fans have rights is super relevant right now. (They do have rights — the right to stop watching any show that pisses them off. That’s about it. We may feel entitled to it because of the amount of time we invest in them, but we’re really not. At all.).

-Also, Ellen Pompeo broke her silence about Patrick Dempsey. Weirdly, she said absolutely nothing about the actor, just how her character will react. The plot thickens!

-Speaking of sudden departures, I haven’t watched last night’s Good Wife yet but the reviews about a certain someone’s exit haven’t been kind. “Clumsy” was the word that I kept seeing on Twitter last night, mostly due to all the acrobatics the writers needed to perform to separate Julia Margulies and Archie Panjabi. Seriously, what happened between those two? I’ve seen divorced costars share scenes with less drama.

Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza in the same movie? All the yeses!

-Also promising: Jenny Slate and Ari Graynor playing BFFs in the same TV show.

-God bless Tyra Banks for wearing this to the Daytime Emmys.

-This story about Justin Bieber was cute when I thought he’d accepted a promposal. But he just crashed some poor school’s prom? Much less cute.

Jared Leto goes into full terrifying mode as the Joker.

-Speaking of terrifying, allow this photo to crush all your Ryan Reynolds fantasies.

-Goddammit, Amy Schumer continues to be the best!

-Have mercy! Lifetime is jumping on the current Full House mania by announcing a tell-all movie. Just as long as it involves a subplot about Dave Coulier being the subject of Alanis Morissette‘s “You Outta Know.” Otherwise, it shouldn’t exist.

-Not that I advocate celebrities lying to us (more) or anything, but I would have been OK with Brad Pitt making up a cooler story about how he got a black eye.

Colin Farrell says he hasn’t dated in four years. Maybe everyone read the book his ex wrote about him?

-Key & Peele’s Obama Anger Translator went to the White House press dinner, and it was awesome.

-Props to Michael Strahan for getting Bell Biv DeVoe to reunite for his “Poison” rendition on Lip Sync Battle.

-After Locke, I’ve pretty much vowed to watch any movie that features Tom Hardy behind the wheel, so I’m totally down with this London Road trailer. Also, Olivia Colman! And singing!

-Vampires unite! After just six months of dating, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are already engaged.

Gwyneth Paltrow‘s “I’m relatable! Honest!” press tour for Mortdecai made a pit stop on Fallon’s Tonight Show last night, where she sang Broadway versions of rap songs. It’s cute, but her onsie is a whole lot of “um, wut?!?”

-Speaking of late-night antics, on Kimmel last night Sir Patrick Stewart perfectly demonstrated the most annoying people on planes, and Jessica Chastain made a fake gum commercial.

-Well, that didn’t last long. Rosie Perez is reportedly out as a co-host of The View.

-Wait, Miley Cyrus and her brother are both dating Schwarzenegger siblings? That’s a reality show waiting to happen.

-Well, this might be the least-watched Oscars ever judging by today’s nominations, which eschewed blockbusters for indie fare. And white dudes. So. Many. White. Dudes. There were lots of big names unexpectedly left off the list (the ones that hurt me the most were Jake Gyllenhaal, Ava DuVernay, David Oyelowo, Nick Hornby, and Gillian Flynn) but on the plus side, we don’t have to add the words “Oscar nominee” before Jennifer Aniston’s name! I saw Two Nights, One Day last night and Marion Cotillard definitely deserved that slot.

-This is cute: Ethan Hawke says he’s helping his Boyhood movie kids navigate Oscar season.

Emma Stone’s reaction to her Oscar nomination made me love her even more.

-Everyone’s freaking out over Taylor Swift’s reaction to seeing ex Harry Styles, but I think she did just fine (though maybe that’s because I half expected her to recreate the last half of the “Blank Space” video.)

Tom Hardy dropped out of playing Rick Flag in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie, and rumour has it that Jake Gyllenhaal is set to replace him.

-Speaking of comic book fare, Stephen Amell‘s face when this interviewer says she thinks Arrow’s Oliver is still in love with Laurel just made my life. (It’s around the 3:46 mark.)

Mariah Carey is finally getting her own Vegas residency. I’m amazed it took her this long.

-One of the actresses from Reign just launched a feminist website celebrating women’s sexuality, and it’s surprisingly great.

John Travolta must have really wanted to hook up with this guy at the gym if he let him take a photo of him without his hairpiece.

-Here’s the first trailer for Anarchy, starring Ethan Hawke, Penn Badgley, Dakota Johnson and Ed Harris, who is apparently in every new movie trailer this week.

Olivia Wilde Causes Stir with Breastfeeding Photo

Olivia Wilde breastfed her son in Glamour’s September Issue and everyone is freaking out over it. I’m more surprised about the usually private star flashing her baby in a mag spread than I am about her flashing her boob.

-Meanwhile, Olivia and Jason Sudeikis had a cuddly time in Montreal last weekend. They also rode the Metro.

-Speaking of stars in Canada, Jeff Goldblum attended a wedding in Toronto and posed with the wedding party in a Jurassic Park-themed pic.

-Congrats to Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel and Mad Men star Vincent Kartheiser, who got secret married earlier this summer.

Katie Holmes almost played Piper in Orange Is the New Black. Just try to think about that for a minute. I can’t even process it.

-Speaking of OITNB, Laverne Cox was on Conan O’Brien and she was predictably rad.

-This is like, the ninth story I’ve read about George Clooney putting glasses on his penis and taking photos of it. How many dick pics do you suppose are out there by this point? And how have they never made it to the Internet yet?

-Everyone’s talking about the part in this video where Chris Pratt raps, but I was much more entertained by the part where he dissed Orlando Bloom.

Katherine Heigl‘s apology tour has hit a speedbump: she just managed to piss off working moms everywhere.

-How shitty would it be for Jennifer Garner to have to put out a statement that’s she’s not pregnant, just because she dared to wear an unflattering top?

-Well, this is surprising: Megan Fox says her best on-screen kiss was with Shia LaBeouf.

Kristen Stewart’s hair has gone from awesome orange back to blah brown.

-Community’s season 5 blooper reel made me laugh more than the entirety of season 4.

Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder have already entered the ‘buying each other extravagant gifts‘ phase of their relationship.

-Meanwhile, Ian’s ex Nina Dobrev laughed off all those romance rumours that followed her around Comic-Con and then played a game of giant beer pong with Jimmy Fallon.

-This is awesome: J.K. Rowling sent a teen shooting survivor a letter from Dumbledore.

-Friday Night Lights star Matt Lauria and singer Nick Jonas are nearly unrecognizable in this trailer for the new TV show Kingdom.

Nicolas Cage takes the wheel in the first Left Behind trailer. But isn’t that a crazy Christian movie franchise? Is Nic Cage the new Kirk Cameron?

-I’m glad to see Steven Soderbergh‘s new TV show The Knick starring Clive Owen is getting rave reviews. It sounds squirmy but awesome.

-Random: Ricky Gervais is making a big-screen follow-up to the U.K. version of The Office.

-Glee is adding 5 brand new characters to its shortened last season, because of course that always fixes a show’s problems.

-Speaking of Glee, remember when there was all those whispers about Gwyneth Paltrow getting close to a Glee producer? Does the new rumours confirm it?

-Vanity Fair just released their 2014 best dressed list. How you doin’, Idris Elba?

During his deposition about his attack on a photographer, Kanye West said “I’m the smartest celebrity you’ve ever f–ing dealt with….I’m not Britney Spears.” Me-ow!

John Cusack gets his creep on in the new trailer for Reclaim.

-Meanwhile, the trailer for the Stephen Hawking biopic The Theory of Everything might have just made me hiccup-cry at my desk…
