Fan Rushes the Stage at Beyonce & Jay Z Concert

-A drunk fan jumped on the stage and chased after Beyoncé & JAY-Z in Atlanta and the dancers tried to stop him. He’s been charged with battery.

Kaylor lives! (I don’t actually believe that Karlie Kloss is faking an engagement with a hated man just so she can keep a secret relationship with Taylor Swift under wraps — though I change my mind about that every time I listen to “Dress.”)

Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade getting in on the TATBILB love is amazing.

-Both Liam Gallagher and his girlfriend are denying that there was a physical altercation between them after security footage from a London club seemed to show him grabbing her throat.

-The new HBO sizzle reel gives us the teeny tiniest glimpse of new footage from Game of Thrones. The HBO show was rumoured to be returning in April 2019, but now it looks like the wait will be longer.

-The True Detective season 3 trailer has arrived. Mahershala Ali deserves better.

-After Kevin Smith‘s heart attack, his doctor told him to lose 50lbs. He totally did it.

-Wow. Crazy Rich Asians earned $25 million in its second weekend (almost the same as what it earned opening weekend). Most movies drop about 40-50% the second weekend. This one only dropped 6% — while Saturday’s numbers dropped an unprecedented 0%.

John Cho‘s Searching also did well, nabbing the highest per screen of any movie this weekend.

-There is a lot of talk about the accent Awkwafina attempts in Crazy Rich Asians and whether she’s appropriating black culture. (I was surprised when I was watching her last night on the MMVAs that she doesn’t normally sound like that.)

-I want Angela Bassett to be my life coach.

-People have been dunking on Ethan Hawke all weekend for his quotes about how he doesn’t think superhero movies deserve praise, but reading the whole interview, I think that’s taking it wildly out of context.

-Nicki Minaj postponed tour. She said she didn’t have time to rehearse, but Page Six says the decision came after “the most disappointing tickets sales of the year for any artist.”

-In news that should surprise no one, John Goodman seemed to confirm that Roseanne Barr’s character will be killed off in the upcoming The Conners spinoff, saying about his upcoming arc “I guess he’ll be mopey and sad because his wife’s dead.”

Oscar Isaac is rumoured to be in talks for a mystery role in Matt Reeves’ The Batman. Can it be Batman?!?

Anna Kendrick talked about her desire to see the teased relationship between her Pitch Perfect character and Chloe (Brittany Snow) materialize. She said should the Bellas reunite for a fourth film, “I will fight tooth and nail for it…but I’m not sure it’s gonna happen.”
