Meghan Markle isn’t difficult; she just has a North American work ethic.

-I finally saw Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and it was as good as everyone said. Brian Tyree Henry was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and talked about how his family missed his big scene because they went to get chicken tenders.

Pamela Adlon talked making the new season of Better Things without Louis C.K.  “All of a sudden, he’s gone, my show is dangling from a precipice. It was so huge. And it was so devastating…I’ve never been in a writers’ room, let alone run a writers’ room. Sitting down, meeting writers, reading their stuff—how do you do this? Is this person going to get along with this person? It’s like making a table at a f*cking Bar Mitzvah.”

-The GoT prequel has rounded out its main cast. Hey, it’s the dude from Reign!

-Paradise Hotel is returning to Fox. That show’s first season remains one of the wildest, most entertaining things to ever air.

-A much younger Agent Coulson is back in the new Captain Marvel trailer.

Meghan Markle Goes Rogue

-As soon as I saw the photos and video of Meghan Markle‘s surprise appearance at the British Fashion Awards, I knew Lainey would lose it over the excessive belly-cupping. But were the stomach grabs and protocol-breaking dark nail polish her way of trying to send a message?

Jennifer Aniston said that when she first moved to Los Angeles, she lived in a haunted house with a ghost that hated her roommate. This sounds like a better premise than Friends…

-The Oscars might move ahead with no host — because clearly NO WOMEN EXIST!

-In completely unrelated news, the crowd who attended Amy Poehler‘s Smart Girls anniversary dinner was amazing.

-If the final season of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend doesn’t make my top 10 list this year, it’s going to come really, really close. This gag reel is also a delight.

Jameela Jamil is still on the detox tea thing? I mean, ok I guess but this seems like low-hanging fruit.

Nicki Minaj might have a new boyfriend — and her fans aren’t impressed.

Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade getting in on the TATBILB love is amazing.

-After Kevin Smith‘s heart attack, his doctor told him to lose 50lbs. He totally did it.

John Cho‘s Searching also did well, nabbing the highest per screen of any movie this weekend.

-There is a lot of talk about the accent Awkwafina attempts in Crazy Rich Asians and whether she’s appropriating black culture. (I was surprised when I was watching her last night on the MMVAs that she doesn’t normally sound like that.)
