Allison Williams shows off her abs (and spray tan) in the pages of the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar, in which she shares her unusual use for Spanx (’cause god forbid, she uses them like normal human beings trying to suck in their rolls).

-Meanwhile, Girls (and Hannah’s dance moves) return with this new promo.

-We’ve been talking about Jimmy Fallon‘s antics all summer; now everyone else is, too.

-In case you missed Leah Remini’s 20/20 interview about Scientology, here’s her biggest revelations. She also recalled a moment with Tom Cruise’s adopted children, in which they talked about never again wanted to speak to Nicole Kidman because she’s a “supressive person.”

-During last night’s Walking Dead, AMC debuted the trailers for Into the Badlands (meh) and Preacher (produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg).

-Speaking of TWD, it trolled its fans HARD last night by leaving out an actor’s name from the credits, and completely skipped over the only cliffhanger everyone cares about right now. (The sad thing is, critics actually loved last night’s ep — it was just poorly timed.)

-Speaking of TV Aziz Anzari’s new Netflix show is getting rave reviews from every critic I follow. It debuts Friday.

Kate Winslet has banned social media in her house because she doesn’t want it to harm her daughters’ self-esteem.

-Shocking: Harrison Ford lost a bet and was a “bit of a dick” about it.

Sandra Bullock should just hire the person who wrote this article to cast her Ocean’s Eleven reboot. I love all of these suggestions!

-I listened to Sufjan Stevens cover of Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ a lot today. A. LOT.

Nicki Minaj might have been making fun of a disabled person in this deleted video.

-Everyone was so excited this morning when news broke that a new Star Trek is being planned. Then came news it was being produced by Kurtzman and Orci. And then came news that it’ll only be available on CBS’ on demand service. Way to poop the party, CBS.

-There were some really, really good celebrity Halloween costumes this year (Heidi Klum!) and some really, really bad ones (really, Katie Cassidy?)

-Vulture compiled a great list of 100 women directors Hollywood should hire. So much talent here!

-I didn’t watch Project Greenlight because I have very little patience with Hollywood’s attitude about directors being auteurs and screenwriters being annoying hacks (which seemed to be a huge problem this season), but I’m glad that it’s turned Effie Brown into even more of a star. I love how honest she’s being about what when down behind the scenes. This interview — in which she talks about being a black woman in Hollywood, fake liberals, and gaslighting — is incredible.

-So, Crazy Ex Girlfriend is toast, right? Getting no DVR lift is deadly, even on a ratings relaxed net like CW.

-I love that Beyonce was so wonderful to this girl with terminal cancer and she did it all on the DL without fuss or publicity.

Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence’s screenplay is coming together and it’s “funny, dirty, real.”

-I really liked this article about how Twitter blerds are transforming TV. My enjoyment of a show skyrockets as soon as @BlackGirlNerds  live-tweets it.

-Welp. A TV critic leaked a review copy of this week’s Arrow episode featuring Constantine. This is why we can’t have nice things!

-Supergirl’s Melissa Benoist was interviewed while surrounded by puppies in costume, and it was all kinds of adorable.

-Here’s the first trailer for Charlie Kaufman’s Anomalisa, which everyone fell in love with at TIFF this year.
