Brad Pitt Cleared of Child-Abuse Allegations

Brad Pitt has been cleared of child-abuse allegations after the DCFS did not find evidence to support either the abuse claims or a pattern of misconduct between him and the children.

-Meanwhile, Brad made his first red carpet appearance since splitting from Angelina Jolie at last night’s Allied premiere, saying “It’s really sweet, everyone’s been very kind out here.”

-I really liked this story about how in times like these, it can feel like entertainment doesn’t matter. But it does.

-A parks and Rec writer posted a letter to America from Leslie Knope regarding Donald Trump. It may or not have made me tear up. (Ok, it did.)

-Meanwhile, everyone on social media is sharing this letter Aaron Sorkin wrote to his daughter about the election. Sure, I guess. I mean, this is the same guy who reportedly threw a female writer out of the Newsroom writing room for objecting to that episode which turned Don into a rape apologist, and who once said to a reporter “Listen here, internet girl” before giving her a lecture about how she needs to read a newspaper (even though she worked for one),  but sure.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have welcomed a baby girl they named Dream. And of course they made sure to document her arrival for a reality show special.

Julie Bowen addressed rumors that she’s feuding with her Modern Family costar, Sofia Vergara. I’d never even heard those rumours but now I’m intrigued!

Amy Sedaris and Chris Elliott are in a new webseries called Thanksgiving and I’m in!

Donald Glover isn’t slowing down after his Atlanta success. He just announced a new Childish Gambino album and shared the first new track in two years.

-In other exciting new music news, here’s a new xx track!

Billy Bob Thorton says his marriage to Angelina Jolie was doomed because “I never felt good enough for her.” Well, to be fair, he probably wasn’t.

-Passengers costars Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt charmingly discussed man boob sweat on today’s Ellen.

-I don’t really understand the first teaser trailer for Luc Besson‘s intergalactic film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. But on the plus side, is that Rihanna in a bowler hat?!

Dakota Johnson Denies Relationship Rumours in Marie Claire

Dakota Johnson looks lovely on the cover of Marie Claire, which totally makes up for the dress she wore to the How to Be Single premiere. In the cover story, she says she’s single and shoots down those relationship rumours surrounding her and Matthew Hitt.

-Speaking of premiere dresses, Jennifer Aniston has rarely topped any of my best dressed lists to begin with, but what the hell happened to her in the last year? Did she get a new stylist? And does that stylist hate her?

Blair Underwood has signed on to star on one of The Good Wife’s final 9 episodes. That’s all well and good, but I wish they’d remember all the actors they had that just mysteriously disappeared. Remember Taye Diggs? Amanda Peet? The girl who played Robyn?!?

-The Flash ratings hit a 14-month high this week, which is awesome because I was starting to wonder if I should drop that show and last night’s episode totally turned it around. I mean, Barry was still a selfish asshat but whatever.

Kate Winslet says she won’t boycott the Oscars because she “just couldn’t imagine not being there to support” Leonardo DiCaprio, which is actually pretty damn sweet.

-Guys, Idris Elba may be single! This is not a drill!!!
-People has named Ryan Reynolds The Sexiest Dad Alive. Ok, People. Now you’re just making shit up.

-Meanwhile, Ryan says fell in love with Blake Lively — while on a double date with someone else. Rude!

-AMC made the first four minutes of Sunday’s Walking Dead mid-season premiere available now. I’m not getting sucked back in, I’m not getting sucked back in, I’m not getting sucked back in…

Aaron Sorkin is adapting To Kill A Mockingbird for Broadway and Twitter reacted accordingly.

Will Smith is worried that he and Jada may have been a little too hands-off with their parenting style. Gee, ya think?

Melissa McCarthy raps her favorite Kanye West song in her SNL promos.

Rory’s best boyfriend is officially returning for the Gilmore Girls reboot. Woot!

Hayley Atwell just landed the lead in a new ABC legal drama, which doesn’t bode well for Agent Carter’s chances. Yes, it’s not unheard of for an actor to book a pilot when they’re not sure if their existing show will be renewed, but the fact that it’s on the same network makes me think TPTB have already made a decision.

-A film producer spent the afternoon tweeting out terrible descriptions for female characters in scripts, and it was glorious.

-Also glorious: the season 3 trailer for Broad City.

-Wait, so Batman V Superman has to make $1 billion globally to be considered a success? Ruh-roh.

Tom Hiddleston strips naked in the new trailer for High-Rise and you’re not even paying attention to anything else I’m typing are you so I can just type random words at this point sausages petticoat tupperware pizza dildo ankle

David Letterman hilariously hassled Justin Bieber last night for having too many tattoos (and then hassled him even more for calling the Sistine Chapel the “Sixteenth Chapel.”)

The Biebz had more fun with Jimmy Fallon when they battled to

see who’s more awesome. Side note: can “hand hugs” be a real thing?

-Tentative congrats to Shakira, who’s reportedly expecting her first kidlet.

-Talk about a marriage made in hipster heaven! Giovanni Ribisi wed model Agyness Deyn, even though they’d just started dating in the last hour or so.

-Odd: Patrick Wilson just signed on to play Lena Dunham‘s potential love interest in Girls. (This follows news that Donald Glover may also play her potential love interest, proving that this girl knows what she’s doing when she’s casting guys she’d like to make out with.)

-In other odd casting news, goth rocker Marilyn Manson will star in the new season of Californication.

-Scandal! A fellow dancer claims Casper Smart is gay and just using Jennifer Lopez for fame.

-The Chris Brown/Drake bar brawl dramaz just won’t let up. Now Tony Parker is suing the nightclub for the eye injury he suffered during the melee.

Joe Manganiello has shot down those rumours that he’s dating Demi Moore, giving false hope to women everywhere. (Not me, though. My hope is totally legit!)

-Surprise! James Marsden is becoming a daddy for the third time with Brazilian model Rose Costa, whom he dated briefly (possibly only for one night) after splitting from his wife. For most other actors, this would be a major bombshell, but I’m betting this will slide under the radar for the awesomly work-focused, paparazzi-avoiding Marsden.

-Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill and his Victoria’s Secret model wife Lily Aldridge welcomed a new daughter, whom they’ve adorably named Dixie Pearl.

-My favourite Hollywood odd couple, Aaron Johnson and Sam Tayl

or-Wood, just got hitched! In celebration, I’ll be watching the recently released Harold and Maude bluray.

-Everytime I read an interview or quote from Aaron Paul, I melt a little. If he keeps this up, I’m going to be nothing but vapor.

Blake Lively has just been named the boobs face of Gucci’s new perfume.

Vulture ranked all 38 of Aaron Sorkin’s television characters. I would have put Sports Night‘s Dana a bit higher, because she’s made of awesome sauce.

-A new Dexter promo has surfaced.
