Drew Barrymore Goes Full M3gan

Allison Williams trying to give thoughtful answers while Drew Barrymore interviews her as M3gan is a good time.

-It’s a big day for Allison Williams; she also announced the Oscar nominations this morning with Riz Ahmed. I’m THRILLED for Paul Mescal! He was included in both Vanity Fair and Vulture’s predictions yesterday, but I was too scared to hope. Was also very happy to see Women Talking, Stephanie Hsu and Brian Tyree Henry make the cut. But Viola Davis and Danielle Deadwyler losing out is awful.

-It’s pretty cool that there were 16(!) first time acting nominees today.

Kaia Gerber is on the cover of Elle and shares the advice mom Cindy Crawford gave her about modelling (“Be on time. Take the time to learn people’s names, and be nice to everyone. If you’re not grateful and happy to be there, there’s someone who would be”) and weighs in on the nepo baby debate (“I won’t deny the privilege that I have. Even if it’s just the fact that I have a really great source of information and someone to give me great advice, that alone I feel very fortunate for”).

-Speaking of model daughters, Gwyneth Paltrow’s kid Apple made her Paris Fashion Week Debut at Chanel.

Justin Bieber just sold the rights to all his songs for a cool $200 million+.

-Ruh roh! Sean Penn and Robin Wright are “spending time together” again.

-Panic! at the Disco have announced they’re breaking up the band after 19 years.

-Abbott Elementary’s Sheryl Lee Ralph will be singing “Lift Every Voice” at the Super Bowl. I love this for her.

-It looks like Pete Davidson has been getting his Kim Kardashian-inspired tattoos removed. Who among us could have seen that coming?!

-I love how The Boys continues its in-universe marketing whenever the show is off air.

Willow Smith talked to Vanity Fair about love, suffering, the cosmos and her new rock album. Every time this kid’s songs come on my Discover Weekly, it’s an auto-heart.

-It looks like Julia Garner won that months-long bootcamp against other rising actresses for nothing. The planned Madonna biopic has been scrapped as the singer embarks on a world tour.

Neil Patrick Harris will reprise his role as Barney Stinson on Season 2 of How I Met Your Father.

-The trailer for Huesera: The Bone Woman, which won at Tribeca, is a supernatural horror story about pregnancy.
