–Aubrey Plaza is riding high with White Lotus (which I think I’m enjoying even more than last season), and tells GQ that she and show creator Mike White almost made a movie about stalking her ex. She also says her pop culture tastes go against the tide: “I don’t watch Ted Lasso. No offense to Ted Lasso. Whatever’s super popular, I’m always like, no. I have an aversion to things that everybody else is doing.”

The Daily Mail published cozy-looking photos of them, and now they’ve both shut down their Instagram accounts.
–Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly finally, officially divorced.
-This is the sixth year in a row that Billie Eilish has done the same Vanity Fair interview. She talked about her relationship with Jesse Rutherford: “I’m really happy about it. I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest fucking fucker alive, but pulled his ass… Can we just give a round of applause for me? I locked that motherfucker down.”
–Spotify Wrapped dropped today, and Bad Bunny took the most-streamed artist spot for the third year in a row, while Harry Styles‘ “As It Was” was the most-streamed song of the year.
–Helena Bonham Carter defended both J.K. Rowling and Johnny Depp, saying Rowling has been “hounded” and Depp has been “vindicated.” Sure, Jan.

-Who knows what Netflix ratings really are, but they claim that Wednesday hit No. 1 in 83 countries for the week, tying Stranger Things 4’s debut.
-We’re still waiting for season 3 in North America, but PBS’ Miss Scarlet and The Duke has been renewed for Season 4. This is my cozy comfort watch.
-On their podcast, One Tree Hill stars Hilarie Burton, Sophia Bush and Bethany Joy Lenz talked about creator Mark Schwahn forcing them to be on the cover of Maxim. Bush said she was told, “‘If you do not go and shoot this cover with your co-stars, we will guarantee you that you will never be let out for a press day, a movie, an event, any of your charities. We will keep you here for ever.'” Burton says Schwahn told her, “‘No one wants you and you finally have someone that wants you and you’re really gonna turn your nose up at that?’ It was very much a, ‘No one else wants you, the studio wants to cancel your show. You don’t start to generate some buzz and attract these male numbers, we’re dead and all your friends are going to lose their jobs.'” Meanwhile, Burton and Bush said they were jealous that Lenz got to blow it off, and were shocked when Lenz revealed the real reason she wasn’t at the photoshoot: “They told me that they didn’t come to me because I was too fat. I wasn’t a hot girl on the show anymore.”
-I love that Canadian dramedy Sort Of is on HBO Max and getting lots of international buzz.
-Things are really bad at the box office. Like, really, really bad. But it can’t all be because people will only go to see Marvel movies now. Maybe people don’t want to watch bummers — and the way movies are being marketed these days hasn’t been helping.
