Jon Bernthal Covers GQ

-I wish this GQ cover properly captured Jon Bernthal‘s hotness. At least the interview is charming.

-This profile on Natasha Lyonne convinced me she’s as cool as her Russian Doll character. Maybe even cooler.

-It’s increasingly hard to follow the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial. Mostly because the details are stomach-churning, but also because it feels like Twitter is following a different trial than I am. Social media is filled with messages about how Depp is crushing it but I think he’s doing really, really badly. And they haven’t even called her witnesses yet!

-It’s been a rough week for legendary older actors. First Frank Langella, then F Murray Abraham, and now Bill Murray. Production on Aziz Ansari’s directorial debut was shut down cue to a complaint accusing Murray of inappropriate behaviour.

-This thread on how Louisa May Alcott was trans is fascinating.

-The author who wrote the books the show Killing Eve is based on criticized the season finale for “bowing to convention” and “punishing” Eve and Villanelle.

-Japril fans, rejoice. Jesse Williams and Sarah Drew to return for season finale.

-I’m really not ready for Better Things to end next week.

-This is hilarious: furries are obsessed with the new animated film The Bad Guys, particularly the hot wolf voiced by Sam Rockwell.

Christina Ricci stars in the trailer for the horror movie Monstrous.

Katey Sagal is a creepy country music star in the trailer for Torn Hearts.

-Here’s the new trailer for Pixar’s Lightyear.
