-On his second day of testimony, Johnny Depp said that although he was upset during a 2016 confrontation with Amber Heard, he was not physically abusive. In order to win the defamation case, he has to prove he wasn’t abusive. If a jury decides there was mutual abuse, that would mean neither Heard nor Depp lied about being abused.
