–Felicity Huffman is out of jail early after serving 11 days of her 2-week sentence. (Apparently it’s normal policy for inmates who are set to be released on weekends to get out on the Friday instead.)
-Oh god. Drake and Kylie Jenner were apparently spotted flirting. There’s not enough vodka in the world for me to process this.
-After many false starts, Kanye West’s latest full-length album, Jesus Is King, finally dropped this afternoon and it’s pretty damn underwhelming.
-Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian says their 6-six-year daughter is being “heavily blocked” from wearing makeup by Kanye. I never say this, but I agree with Kanye.
-CW just ordered full season pickups for Batwoman and Nancy Drew. I tried one episode of ND and it was too Riverdale-y for me, but good for them.
-No one has ever looked happier about being arrested than Ted Danson.
-Will & Grace is wrapping up, but Megan Mullally is reportedly set to miss multiple episodes, giving more weight to those rumours of a feud with Debra Messing.
-This New Yorker profile of Adam Driver is great — especially the part where he encounters the phrase “toxic masculinity” for seemingly the first time.
-A judge refused to remove Brad Pitt from the lawsuit over Hurricane Katrina victims’ deteriorating homes.
-I love both Keri Russell and Jesse Plemons but I will never, ever be able to make it through Antlers based on this trailer.
-Hey, I kickstarted this movie! Do I get a free screening? A poster? I’ve kickstarted so many pop culture things, I’ll take a bucket of half-eaten popcorn at this point.
