-The cast of Big Little Lies each get covers for the new issue of InStyle, in which Reese Witherspoon says she recently fought for an actress to get equal pay (“She’ll never know I made that call or had that conversation with the head of a studio. But I said to him, ‘This is the comp. This white guy over here is making this amount of money, and she’s done this, that, and the other with such success – and you’re asking for her to have a third of that. That’s not okay with me'”), while Nicole Kidman shares relationship advice (“The greatest thing our family priest told us very early on in our marriage was, ‘Always kiss hello and kiss goodbye.’ It just keeps you connected”). The video is cute too — I like Reese’s stance on visible Spanx.

Kidman also did an interview with Australian Women’s Weekly, in which she says that Hugh Jackman helped her get over Tom Cruise. “When I got divorced, Hugh and Deb were so much a part of my healing. They were some of my best friends through that period.”

-I tuned into most of the Billboard Music Awards and they were a trip: Madonna‘s $5 million holograms freaked me out; Paula Abdul‘s dance party proved that 56-year-olds can still move; and Drake tried to steal some of Ayra Stark’s shine.  Plus, new mom Cardi B looked amazing— but I couldn’t stop staring at her abs. Real, or real with contouring help? Either way, I’m envious!

-I can’t get enough of the footage of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ surprise Vegas wedding after the Billboard Music Awards. The Elvis impersonator! The ring pops! Her pantsuit! I’m guessing another ceremony is coming because Turner’s previously mentioned that Maisie Williams would be her bridesmaid (Us Weekly claims there’s something being planned in France), but this is awesome.

-Speaking of surprise weddings, Jude Law just got married.
