Lady Gaga Kills It on Carpool Karaoke

-Like her or not, Lady Gaga just delivered one of the best Carpool Karaoke editions yet, vocal-wise. Also, I never want to drive with her.

–Angelina Jolie and some of her kids reportedly spoke to the FBI for four hours about Brad Pitt’s plane incident.

-There are new reports that Tom Cruise is getting “serious” with his girlfriend of several months, which has absolutely nothing to do with his new movie now in theatres.

–Bruno Mars said Adele was a “diva” when he worked with her but he insists he meant it as a compliment because he clearly doesn’t know how words work.

-The internet can’t tell if this photo is of Tom Hanks or Bill Murray. It’s Murray. The internet is dumb.

-Meanwhile, Tom Hanks wants to do love scenes with Channing Tatum. Tom Hanks is all of us.

-More details have emerged about that Tim Miller/Ryan Reynolds rift that saw the director leave Deadpool 2. One of the issues was that Miller reportedly wanted to cast Kyle Chandler, and Reynolds was against it. Who the hell says no to Kyle Chandler?!

-Meanwhile, Taylor Swift made Ryan Reynolds‘ birthday message all about her. Of course she did.

-There’s a new short debuting tomorrow on YouTube that stars Tom Cavanagh, Josh Dallas and Emily Bett Rickards. I like all of those people!

-Sadness: director Len Wiseman has filed from divorce from Kate Beckinsale after 12 years of marriage.

-Try to read this Patton Oswalt interview about his late wife and not cry. Actually, don’t even try. It’s not even physically possible.

-Here’s the first extended trailer for the latest 24 reboot. I don’t know how this will be without the Kief, but the last limited reboot of this series was way better than I expected it to be.

-The CW has bought yet another drama from Greg Berlanti. Does that man not sleep?!

–Chloë Grace Moretz set up her pal Meghan Trainer with one of their friends, and now they’re in luvvv.

–Amy Schumer‘s “Formation” spoof is getting a lot of flack, so she responded by posting a topless photo. Um, ok?

–Jay Z is reportedly willing to drop big bucks on the rights to Prince’s unreleased music.

-Sausage Party is launching a big Oscar campaign? Really?!

–Shia LaBeouf comes home from war in the new Man Down trailer. Sadly, the rattail does not seem to make an appearance.

Gilmore Girls Trailer: Lorelai Hikes Now?!

-The first Gilmore Girls trailer has arrived! I’m 78% certain this reboot is a terrible idea, but damn if this didn’t get me pumped anyway.

–Emma Watson says of the US election: “It has been excruciating to sit on the sidelines.”  Really? ‘Cause being able to sit on the sidelines is the only thing keeping me sane.

-Did Justin Timberlake break the law by taking a selfie while voting early?

-It’s cute that Diane Kruger didn’t seem to realize that we’re scouring her Instagram posts for possible clues about her status with Joshua Jackson.

-There are conflicting reports about whether or not Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have split after three years of dating. Page Six says they’re done; Us Weekly says they’re still going strong. They’ve never confirmed a relationship, so don’t expect their reps to clarify.

–Nicole Richie is not sorry for her wild child past. “I don’t have to worry someone is going to put an embarrassing picture up on Facebook — the worst is already in strangers’ heads.”

–Miley Cyrus was “too stoned” to remember lyrics in her Bill Murray tribute performance. Way to stay on brand, girlfriend.

-Is Notorious the first fall TV casualty? ABC just cut its episode order, and we all know that “trimmed” is the new code word for “cancelled.”

-Every once in a while I dip back into Supergirl when there’s nothing else on. Was this show always so gay? Not just the obvious Alex evolution, but I was getting some major potential ‘ship vibes from Supergirl/Lena. It’s awesome!

-Despite critics absolutely hating on it, The Walking Dead premiere killed in the ratings. Humanity is doomed.

-These photos of Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett filming Ocean’s 8 tell us nothing about the plot and yet it’s already my favourite movie of all time.

–Taylor Swift’s groping lawsuit deposition has been released, and she said she felt “violated in a way I had never experienced before.”

-This photo spread with Stranger Things’ Millie Bobbie Brown makes me both want to see her get a modeling gig, but also stop her from growing up. It’s confusing.

-Sources tell People that Jennifer Lawrence seems less ‘stressed out’ with new man Darren Aronofsky. Yes, because when you think of stressed out people, Jennifer Lawrence is the first to come to mind.

–Aaron Paul is losing his mind in the trailer for Come and Find Me.

Drake Celebrates His Birthday with New Music

-It’s Drake‘s birthday but we’re the ones getting presents! To celebrate his 30th, he announced a new album and debuted some original tracks.

-In honour of Drake‘s birthday, here are a bunch of celebrities performing a dramatic reading of “One Dance.” (This was clearly filmed during TIFF.)

-No no no! There are rumours about Demi Lovato and John Mayer hanging out. Burn it with fire!!!!

–Kim Kardashian has dropped her lawsuit against Media Take Out after they apologized for claiming she faked her Paris robbery.

-Seriously guys, Justin Bieber really wants you to stop screaming at his concerts. Pretend it’s church, mm-kay?

-As if I couldn’t love Netflix’s Jessica Jones more, the second season will be directed entirely by women.

-How did I not know that Jeffrey Dean Morgan owns a candy shop with Paul Rudd?! I think I’ve had that dream!!

-Speaking of JDM, I feel kind of bad for him because he was the best part about last night’s total piece of shit episode of The Walking Dead. I’ve never seen a show that hates its audience more. Critics were also not impressed. At all. Like, really. This was probably my favourite takedown.

–Emmy Rossum says her first time directing Shameless involved blocking scenes with Legos and teaching her costars how to snort cocaine. As you do…

-Well, this doesn’t bode well: George Lucas won’t be working on Indiana Jones 5.

-Hamilton fans, here’s a new Lin-Manuel Miranda song courtesy of Moana.

-Deadpool 2 has lost its director — and it sounds like Ryan Reynolds’ ego may be to blame.

-And now people are petitioning for Tarantino to direct it. What?

–Tom Hanks‘ SNL monologue wasn’t great, but there were some killer skits in the ep, especially Black Jeopardy and the one about CBS’s attempt to make a prestige show.

-I’m kind of over Lip Sync Battle, but I’m here for Samira Wiley’s upcoming performance of “O.P.P.”

–Kanye West is threatening to skip the Grammys if Frank Ocean isn’t nominated. I … kinda agree with him? Whoa. That feels weird.

-The lawyers for Serial’s Adnan Syed have asked the court to free him on bail.

-This might be the least attractive I’ve ever found Johnny Depp. And that’s saying something.

–Imogen Poots and Michael Shannon are in a May-Dec romance in the moody new trailer for Frank & Lola.
