Lindsay Lohan’s Drama Déjà vu

-It felt like we time-warped back to 2009-levels of drama with Lindsay Lohan this weekend. First she seemed  to accuse her fiance of cheating with a “hooker” on social media. Then she hinted at a pregnancy. And then came the really disturbing part: police kicked down her door after she was videotaped screaming that he strangled her and was trying to kill her. She’s since pleaded for privacy, saying “Unfortunately, a private matter has become more public than I can control and I would be extremely grateful if my fiancé and myself could discuss our personal matters on our own.” Whatever’s happening, I hope she’s ok.

Rihanna does not want any of her concertgoers to be “catching any Pokémons up in this bitch.” But what if it’s a Vaporeon, Ri-ri?!

Jennifer Aniston teared up at a film festival when talking about self-doubt, saying “You can kind of hit walls and think ‘I can’t go any farther’ or ‘This is too much, my heart can’t take it’ or ‘The pain is too great’ or ‘Am I good enough?’ or, ‘Will I survive?'”

Jennifer Lopez ‘isn’t taking sides’ in the Taylor Swift vs. Kimye feud (although posing with Calvin Harris on her birthday kind of suggests she is).

-Like the rest of the world, Margot Robbie thought her Vanity Fair profile was “really weird.”

Samira Wiley just joined Elisabeth Moss in Hulu’s A Handmaid’s Tale. Between this and Sarah Polley‘s Alias Grace adaptation, Atwood is having a moment.

-This gave me One Tree Hill feels. I didn’t even know I was still capable of those.

Amy Adams and Isla Fisher are playing versions of each other in a new movie, which is so very meta.

Carly Chaikin, who plays Darlene on Mr Robot, is also a really gifted painter.

-In this weekend’s Comic Con shenanigans, Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedusglitter war continued, and Henry Cavill went undercover to get a selfie with Will Smith.

-I wasn’t super impressed by the Comic Con fashions (though I may need Emily Bett Rickards’ Miu Miu shoes), but the Black Panther ladies slayed. I also LOVE that Jesse L Martin wore the baseball jersey from his X Files episode.

-I’m still working through all the Comic Con goodies. In movies, we got news that Brie Larson is officially Captain Marvel, Viola Davis owning Jared Leto at the Suicide Squad panel, and excellent trailers for Justice LeagueFantastic Beasts, and LEGO Batman. Oh, and meh trailers for Doctor Strange and King Arthur. On the TV front, the Vampire Diaries announced its last season, and we got very good promos for the new seasons of The Flash, Arrow, The Walking DeadAmerican Gods and Prison Break.

-Of course, the big winner coming out of SDCC is the Wonder Woman trailer. This thing is flames!
