Leslie Jones Won’t Let Trolls Keep Her From Twitter

Leslie Jones gave her first interview since racist Twitter trolls brought her to tears, saying “The insults didn’t hurt me. Unfortunately, I’m used to the insults. But what scared me was the injustice of a gang of people jumping against you for such a sick cause.”

-She also returned to Twitter, saying ‘Who else is going to live tweet #GameofThrones?’

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston are back in LA. What are the chances she’s going to accompany him to Comic Con?

Idris Elba’s arms have arrived at Comic Con!

-I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed Jon Stewart delivering jokes about the news until he returned last night.

Michael Moore‘s film festival lineup features films that are all directed by women. I freakin’ love it!

-Here’s the first trailer for A Tale of Love and Darkness, Natalie Portman‘s directorial debut.

-New music from Bon Iver is coming!

-Sweet! Lin-Manuel Miranda will tell the story of Alexander Hamilton on Drunk History.

Kristen Bell says if another Veronica Mars reboot happens, it will probably be a mini-series on TV or Netflix. I’m cool with that.

-Congrats to Lizzy Caplan, who just got engaged to British actor Tom Riley.

-Set your DVRs: The Looking movie is on this weekend and it’s wonderful!

Amber Heard may be dating Elon Musk. Still less creepy than Depp.

-I question the existence of Blake Lively‘s maternity dress slit.

Stephen Amell, Grant Gustin, and Melissa Benoist were quite cute on Conan last night. (Look how nervous she was with her bouncing knee. Awww.)

Roxanne Gay is writing a comic book series for Marvel and suddenly, I’m going to start reading comic books!

-It was an impromptu Lost reunion today at Comic Con!

-I’m weirdly excited to follow this weekend’s Comic Con news, considering all the goodies we’ve already gotten. So far, Marvel on Netflix is winning, from the first teaser for The Defenders to the news that they’ve renewed Daredevil for season three. But most importantly, the Luke Cage trailer that debuted last night is fire!
